(1) Stand with the tips of your shoes touching a wall. Placing one foot behind the other, take 3 steps back from the wall.

(2) Have someone place a chair or stool between you and the wall.

(3) Lean over and place the top of your head against the wall. Your legs should be at about a 45 degree angle with your body.
(4) Holding the edge of the chair or stool, pick it up and hold the seat against your chest.
(5) Keeping the stool against your chest, try to stand up.

(6) Can you do it? Have your friends and family try this out to see if they can do "The Chair Trick!"
